Haven started in 2021 after two years of freelance work for shops, clinics, and restaurants who kept asking the same question: why is nobody finding us online?
Why we work this way
Big agencies sell retainers first and figure out the work later. We do the audit first, tell you what we would fix, and let you decide how much of it we handle. Some clients hire us for one project and never come back because the fix held. That is fine with us.
We keep the client list small on purpose. Twelve businesses since 2021, most of them still with us, all within driving distance of the office.

No jargon in reports, no acronyms without an explanation. If you cannot repeat the plan to your staff, we wrote it badly.
A person edits everything
AI drafts and researches. A human checks the facts, the tone, and the claims before your name goes on it.
Local before national
Your customers live in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb counties. We spend your budget where those people are searching.
